As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a skilled Industrial Nurse to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.


Responsibilities



  • Provide comprehensive healthcare services to employees, including assessment, treatment, and management of work-related injuries and illnesses.

  • Conduct pre-employment medical assessments and health screenings to ensure employees are fit for duty.

  • Develop and implement health promotion programs to enhance employee well-being and prevent occupational hazards.

  • Collaborate with other members of the team to identify and mitigate workplace hazards.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all employees, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Provide first aid and emergency response services as needed, including the management of medical emergencies and incidents.

  • Conduct regular health and safety audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

  • Participate in the development and delivery of employee training programs on health and safety topics.

  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to address health-related concerns and promote a culture of safety in the workplace.


Requirements:



  • Degree in Nursing or related field, with certification as an Occupational Health Nurse preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with employees at all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
