Role Summary

• Support sales productivity by ensuring technical solutions meet customer needs. Collaborate with sales, Core Network management, and FSEs for effective solution delivery.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, test, and recommend new equipment.


• Coordinate proof of concept requirements with Product Management.


• Advise on positioning new POPs based on survey analysis.


• Prepare for client meetings and tailor communications to their business needs.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Electrical Engineering, Telecoms Engineering, or related fields.


• CCNA/CCNP is a plus.


• 3 years of relevant experience.


• Knowledge of System Engineering and Access Network Infrastructure.


• Project Management skills.


• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
