The O2O Marketing Supervisor is responsible for developing and executing strategies that integrate online marketing efforts with offline sales and promotions to drive customer engagement and increase revenue.
This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, and leveraging digital tools to enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the planning and execution of online and offline promotional activities such as joint promotions, APP marketing, and promotional codes;
Responsible for promotional activities in various regional markets and industry markets, as well as online and offline promotions;
Responsible for investigating competitors’ market activities, formulating corresponding strategies and activity plans, and effectively organizing promotional activities for market competition;
Responsible for the production, procurement, management and implementation of market materials;
Market expense budget, application and execution.
Job Requirements
Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 2+ years relevant work experience.
Experience in new product development and marketing, preferably service products;
College degree or above, majoring in marketing, e-commerce, logistics management and other related majors;
Have strong market planning and implementation capabilities, relationship network building capabilities and business collaboration capabilities;
Have independent analytical judgment, systematic thinking and planning and organizational capabilities;
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
