A Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Project Management, or a related field. Completion of a postgraduate program or course is a plus.
At least three years of working experience in Quantity Surveying. Understanding of contracts, arbitration, and adjudication.

Software skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, building information modeling (BIM), and quantity surveying specific software.
Organizational skills:
Possess the ability to work on multiple tasks at all times and must be able to manage and prioritize tasks to meet strict deadlines.
Communication skills:
Excellent communicating skills in both oral and written English. Ability to effectively communicate with clients and subcontractors.
