We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Executive Assistant to the Managing Director.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal, finance, and construction project management and must have experience working in a structured environment.
This role demands exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the MD, including managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
Oversee financial activities such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Support the MD in managing construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Conduct research and compile data to assist in decision-making processes.
Coordinate and manage meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Liaise with internal departments, external stakeholders, and industry partners on behalf of the MD.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required by the MD.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the real estate, construction, or related industries.
Strong knowledge of legal principles, financial management, and construction project management.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Demonstrated experience in a structured and fast-paced work environment.
