- We are looking for a competitive Field Sales executives to develop sales strategies and attract new clients.
- You will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas.
- You will also play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.
Job Responsibilities
- Adding value to customers by offering new value-added products, cost effective solutions, application guidance in coordination with application team.
- Adding new customers in the company’s folio.
- To achieve volume and value-based sales targets. To ensure attainment of company sales, goals and profitability in consultation with Business Head B2B.
- Manages sale of the company's products and services for B2B customers in defined geographical areas.
- Achieving year and year incremental, profitable growth in sales revenue through effective business development, account management, planning and execution of sales strategy.
Job Qualification / Requirements
- HND / B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry or any Business related program
- 5 - 7 years relevance work experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Development In Flour and Food manufacturing and Processing Company, microbiology, chemistry, or biochemistry is needed
- 7 years of relevance work experience in Flour and Food manufacturing and Processing Companyi s a must
- Target driven and result oriented
- Excessive travelling is required for successful candidates.
