As a Game Coordinator/Supervisor at our Recreational Center, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of all games and activities within our facility. You will play a vital role in ensuring that guests have a fun and enjoyable experience while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a positive atmosphere.


Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate the setup, organization, and rotation of games and activities to ensure fair participation and optimal enjoyment for guests.

  • Supervise game attendants and activity instructors, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they perform their duties effectively and uphold service standards.

  • Interact with guests, providing instructions, assistance, and encouragement as they participate in games and activities, fostering a positive and engaging atmosphere.

  • Enforce safety rules and regulations, ensuring that all games and activities are conducted in a safe manner, and intervene promptly to address any safety concerns or incidents.

  • Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of game equipment and activity areas, conducting regular inspections and coordinating repairs or replacements as needed.

  • Monitor inventory levels of game supplies and equipment, coordinating with management to reorder items in a timely manner to ensure uninterrupted operation.

  • Anticipate and address any issues or challenges that may arise during games and activities, demonstrating quick thinking and resourcefulness to resolve them effectively.

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring that their needs are met to enhance their overall experience.

  • Maintain accurate records of game attendance, incident reports, and other relevant documentation, and provide timely reports to management as required.


Requirements:



  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, or recreational industry, with a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.

  • Strong leadership and supervisory abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team to deliver outstanding service and achieve common goals.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and management.

  • Proven ability to anticipate and resolve problems quickly and efficiently, employing creative and practical solutions.

  • Commitment to upholding safety standards and protocols, with a keen awareness of potential risks and hazards associated with games and activities.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate operational needs and guest traffic.

  • Enthusiasm for games and recreational activities, with a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for guests of all ages.
