This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant at AA Rescue Nigeria.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive support and performing administrative tasks.
The day-to-day tasks may include assisting with expense reports, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling communication on behalf of the executives.
Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
Must have a legal background
Proficiency in managing expense reports
Strong executive support skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong administrative assistance skills
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
