Responsibilities
- Oversee the day to day production of quality food.
- Ensure the kitchen environment meet maximum hygiene standard requirements e.t.c
Academic Qualification and Skills
- Minimum of Trade Test / Catering certificate from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar capacity.
- Good knowledge of recipe for different categories of food preparation.
- Ability to work with less supervision.
- Ability to proactively meet demands and pressure of customers.
- Good communication skill i.e both verbal and written.
- Organised and outstanding problem-solving skills e.t.c
- Candidate residing around Odo Ona Kekere, New Garage or Idi Ayure axis will be preferred.
