Customer Service Representative Position Job Duties
- Making outbound calls to potential customers.
- Composing and Replying Email leads.
- Documenting Call notes .
- Tracking sales leads.
- Daily Stand ups.
- Bi Weekly Friday Knowledge transfer “learn something new Fridays”
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree / HND in arts ,social science , science,,marketing, communications, or related field
