Major Duties
To manage effective administrative and financial services to the school.
To maintain a strategic financial plan that will indicate trends and requirements of the school development plan and will forecast future year budgets
To manage the administration of the personnel functions in the school.
To manage the purchase of supplies, equipment and services.
To manage the maintenance of administrative systems that deliver outcomes based on the school’s aims and goals.
To develop and communicate clearly the school’s a development/strategic plan.
To be responsible for the overseeing of maintenance of the buildings, grounds and equipment.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or relevant qualification.
At least 2 years previous work experience.
Experience in a school environment is an added advantage
Working knowledge of business management.
The ability to multitask.
Excellent organizational skills.
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages - One-drive, MS teams, One-notes, outlook email.
