Job Summary



  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Executive to join our team.

  • The Procurement Executive will be responsible for managing the company's procurement activities.

  • This includes sourcing goods and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective procurement strategies.

  • The role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, select suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability. Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure the best deals.

  • Obtain quotes and compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates. Prepare and process purchase orders.

  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure continuous cost improvements and supply assurance.

  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to manage stock and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

  • Handle discrepancies and resolve issues with orders and deliveries.

  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.

  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.

  • Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis and supplier performance.

  • Analyze market conditions to determine current and future material availability and cost trends.


Requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Certification in Procurement or Supply Chain (e.g., CIPS, CPSM).

  • Experience with ERP systems.

  • Proven experience as a Procurement Executive or in a similar role.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Proficiency in procurement soft ware and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management.

  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy
