Responsibilities
- Ensures a beautiful and tidy resort garden, as well as take care of other external installations (i.e. refuse area, sports equipment and fixtures,as well as outdoor entertainment and recreation areas).
Main Responsibilities:
Customer Relations:
- Respects guests' privacy and works without disturbing them
- Actively contributes to guests' comfort
- Professional techniques / Production
- Carries out occasional repair work as required
- Prevents problems from occurring in the resort's external areas and installations
- Implements the corrective action plans as communicated by the Resort / Head of Maintenance and Grounds
- Formulates and implements the grounds equipment's preventive maintenance programme
- Applies water hygiene and savings procedures
- Team management
- Communicates and cooperates with the other departments
- Management and administration
- Helps optimise energy, water and waste consumption
- Hygiene / Personal safety / Environment
- Respects the resort's Legionnaires' disease prevention actions• Applies the resort's security regulations (in case of fire etc)
- Actively contributes to the safety of people and property (ensuring safety exits remain clear of obstruction)
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in a similar field
- Practical and theoretical skills in related areas: gardening, cleaning and safety
- Fluent in the national language.
