Responsibilities



  • Ensures a beautiful and tidy resort garden, as well as take care of other external installations (i.e. refuse area, sports equipment and fixtures,as well as outdoor entertainment and recreation areas).


Main Responsibilities:

Customer Relations:



  • Respects guests' privacy and works without disturbing them

  • Actively contributes to guests' comfort

  • Professional techniques / Production

  • Carries out occasional repair work as required

  • Prevents problems from occurring in the resort's external areas and installations

  • Implements the corrective action plans as communicated by the Resort / Head of Maintenance and Grounds

  • Formulates and implements the grounds equipment's preventive maintenance programme

  • Applies water hygiene and savings procedures

  • Team management

  • Communicates and cooperates with the other departments

  • Management and administration

  • Helps optimise energy, water and waste consumption

  • Hygiene / Personal safety / Environment

  • Respects the resort's Legionnaires' disease prevention actions• Applies the resort's security regulations (in case of fire etc)

  • Actively contributes to the safety of people and property (ensuring safety exits remain clear of obstruction)


Requirements



  • 5 years of experience in a similar field

  • Practical and theoretical skills in related areas: gardening, cleaning and safety

  • Fluent in the national language.
