Job Summary



  • As a Corporate Sales Executive, you will self-generate leads as well as follow up on leads as required to achieve targets and expand market share.

  • The ideal candidate will follow up on prospects to close deals on ICT Products.

  • This position will require regular visits to potential clients. The ideal candidate will also identify and prospect Corporate clients and also close business deals with them


Duties and Responsibilities



  • Identifying, researching, and contacting prospective customers.

  • Generating leads and a database of corporate customers who require the business solutions offered by the company.

  • Following up on leads and participating in negotiations according to company guidelines.

  • Successfully executing ICT sales with customers.

  • Following up on first supplies to clients by liaising with the client and the company operations team.

  • Identifying other opportunities to generate additional revenue through expansion into new geographical areas, as well as supporting the development of new accounts.

  • Supporting management in crafting and implementing the sales and marketing strategy.

  • Managing customer relationships to achieve goals and plans within the assigned sales territory.

  • Building and maintaining relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction to generate customer goodwill and loyalty.

  • Responding to customer concerns about the company and its products/services.

  • Ensuring that market intelligence is gathered in a systematic manner and that such information is captured.

  • Facilitating the development of partnerships and alliances that promote the growth of company business.

  • Establishing and maintaining a working relationship with regulatory bodies.

  • Performing any other specific duty assigned by the sales director from time to time.

  • Preparing weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports.

  • Extensive visit requirements.


Qualifications



  • Education: BSc. or HND

  • 2-5 years Sales and Marketing experience working ICT Companies in the Nigeria

  • First class consultative sales/marketing skills

  • Knowledge of account management, lead generation and relationship management

  • Knowledge of principles and processes for assessing customer processes, customer needs and customer satisfaction.

  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in MS office tools

  • Must be empathetic, energetic, sharp, results-driven, independent, and possess an entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Must have a pragmatic approach to the job and its tasks.
