Job Overview:



  • The primary goal of the Media Buyer is to support and fulfill our business objectives by reaching our target audience at the best rate while staying within budget.

  • The Media buyer is a key member of our team, who plays a pivotal role in strategizing, setting up, analyzing, implementing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns to drive the growth of our business and our clients.

  • A top-performing Media Buyer will keep up with industry developments and adjust media strategies accordingly to improve future media buys.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategy Development:



  • Identify target audiences and plan media campaigns.

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience targeting.

  • Tags & Pixel management for websites through Google Tag Manager.

  • Writing ad copies based on user's intent and proofreading ad copies.

  • Monitoring audience and media trends, practices and new technologies.


Paid Advertising:



  • Plan and execute digital planning, buying, and lead generation campaigns across Google, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn platforms for clients.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign results to determine optimization.

  • Budget management for scaling and optimizing ads for better ROI.


Analytics and Reporting:



  • Report to clients and build long-term relationships.

  • Make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance and maximize ROI

  • Prepare presentations to communicate campaign results and insights to leadership teams

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data using Google Sheets and Excel, and identify areas for optimization

  • Provide reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and recommendations for continuous improvement.




Collaboration:



  • Work with team to optimize and scale campaigns based on performance metrics.

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing


Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as Media Buyer or similar role with experience in digital media is preferred.

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing with a proven track record of success

  • Strong Data Analysis knowledge and analytical background are preferred.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong understanding of paid advertising platforms like Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads with proficiency in campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop, as well as collaboration and asset management tools like Google Drive, Facebook Ads Manager, Google marketing platform, Google analytics etc.

  • Motivated, creative, innovative, organized, detail-oriented, and accustomed to working under tight deadlines.

  • Ability to thrive in a team environment while showing and taking initiative.


Preferred Qualification:



  • Google Analytics, META certification and/or Google Ads certification is a plus.
