JOB DESCRIPTION: 



  • As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and success of the fashion Store.

  • You will lead the business to achieve ambitious sales targets, cultivate a luxurious brand image, and deliver an unmatched customer experience that reflects the high standards of our clientele. 


RESPONSIBILITIES: 



  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals.

  • Oversee all store operations, including inventory management, staffing, and scheduling. 

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a positive and professional work environment. 

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and brand partners. 

  • Develop and execute impactful marketing initiatives that resonate with the business. 

  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. 

  • Stay informed of the latest trends in the Fashion and luxury industry, both locally and internationally. 

  • Foster a team culture that’s as vibrant as the latest trends. 


QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS;



  • Must be Educated, (Minimum of BSc or HND) in Business Management, Marketing or any related field of study. 

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Similar role within the Fashion and luxury industry. 

  • Strong background in marketing and sales. 

  • Strong understanding of luxury brands and marketing strategies. 

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. 

  • Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals. 

  • Budget management and financial acumen. 

  • Fluency in English and an understanding of the business culture and industry is essential.
