• This role is pivotal in implementing our digital and technology learning strategy.


• As a Team Lead, Digital & Technology Learning, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily administration, maintenance, and analysis of learning technologies, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other Learning Experience Platforms (LxPs).


• You will drive the bank’s digital transformation through a variety of creative/innovative learning solutions, engagement initiatives, and collaboration with external & internal stakeholders.


• Additionally, you will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of the curriculum/content of digital & tech learning interventions.


• Your role also includes consulting with unit/division leadership to understand business goals, objectives, and challenges, and providing insights into learning technology solutions.


• You'll stay updated on industry standards and best practices to drive continuous innovation using learning technology
