Our client owns a mega restaurant and is looking for a food supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standard of service delivery at its Lekki Headquarters in Lagos, Nigeria. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience as a supervisor in the Hospitality sector.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain high standards of performance and professionalism.
Oversee the allocation of duties and responsibilities to ensure smooth workflow and minimize downtime.
Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Address customer complaints and inquiries promptly and courteously to ensure customer satisfaction.
Enforce compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards to create a safe and clean environment for staff and customers.
Minimum Qualification:
Minimum of 2 - 3 years of proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management and customer service.
Proven track record of maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols.
Must be proactive, reliable, and able to work well within a team.
