Job Description




  • Our client owns a mega restaurant and is looking for a food supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standard of service delivery at its Lekki Headquarters in Lagos, Nigeria. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience as a supervisor in the Hospitality sector. 


Responsibilities:



  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service.

  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain high standards of performance and professionalism.

  • Oversee the allocation of duties and responsibilities to ensure smooth workflow and minimize downtime.

  • Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed to avoid shortages or overstocking.

  • Address customer complaints and inquiries promptly and courteously to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Enforce compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards to create a safe and clean environment for staff and customers.


Minimum Qualification:



  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years of proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management and customer service.

  • Proven track record of maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols.

  • Must be proactive, reliable, and able to work well within a team.
