Job Description

• Identify and prospect potential tyre dealers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals in the cluster assigned.


• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers to understand their tyre requirements.


• Responsible for the sale of tyres and collection from dealers in the cluster assigned.


• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify new market opportunities and trends.


• Negotiate pricing and terms with dealers to ensure mutually beneficial business.


• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential threats and opportunities.


• Track and report sales performance metrics, sale forecasts, and dealer engagement, to management on a regular basis.


• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve sales strategies and techniques.
