Job Summary



  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Personnel to join our team. This role will be responsible for business development activities, providing executive assistance to the Managing Director (MD), and ensuring task completion by coordinating with staff.

  • We are looking for a talented individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the real estate and construction industry, as well as relevant educational certification.


Responsibilities

Business Development:



  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, market trends, and opportunities.

  • Generate leads through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and online platforms.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Prepare and present compelling business proposals tailored to the specific needs of clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive solutions for clients.

  • Achieve business targets and contribute to the growth and expansion of DreamCity Group.


Executive Assistance:



  • Provide executive support to the Managing Director (MD), including managing their calendar, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare necessary documentation for business trips.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and business correspondence.

  • Conduct research and gather information for decision-making purposes.

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.


Task Follow-up:



  • Coordinate with staff to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.

  • Monitor progress, provide updates to the MD, and address any issues or obstacles that may arise.

  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members including MD's direct reports.

  • Track and report on task status and deadlines.


Qualifications and Requirements



  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the real estate and construction industry.

  • Relevant educational certification in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of the real estate and construction industry, market dynamics, and trends.

  • Proven track record of successfully generating leads, closing deals, and achieving business targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
