Job Summary



  • Our client is looking to recruit an ambitious and result-orientedSales and Marketing Manager who will be responsible for business development, sales/marketing, and overseeing the entire office business operations, ensuring that the company's performance targets are met.


Responsibilities



  • Oversee the organization’s activities

  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals to meet performance targets.

  • Identify new sales leads.

  • Pitch products and services

  • Maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers.

  • Ensure quality of service to clients meets the required standards.

  • Hire, train, and evaluate employees.

  • Ensure that daily activities align with the company’s goals.

  • Develop and implement budgets.

  • Reporting directly to the head SE

  • Provide input to and ensure compliance with company policies.


Key Performance Metrics:



  • Meet Monthly, Quarterly and Annual targets

  • Increase Sales revenue

  • Operating Costs reduction

  • Increase Profits

  • Increase staff Retention and Loyalty


Requirements



  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience, preferably in business development and sales.

  • A graduate of Business Management, marketing or any related field

  • Must reside in Enugu or be willing to relocate.

  • Females are most preferred but not compulsory.

  • Above 30 years of age.

  • Must be computer literate and able to use Ms offices.


Benefits



  • Salary: N150,000 monthly.

  • 30% support on accommodation rental

  • 30% support on health insurance

  • Commission on sales is applicable.
