Job Brief



  • We are an Asset and Financial Management company with Head Office in Enugu urgently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Fulfillment Officer.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire service fulfillment process, ensuring that customer request is processed accurately and delivered on time.

  • This role requires a high level of organization, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

  • The Fulfillment Officer will collaborate with various departments, including client relation management, Advisory, and other operations department, to ensure a seamless and efficient operation.


Job Responsibilities



  • Collaborate with the Advisory team to address clients’ needs and concerns.

  • Executes the mandates of the clients and ensure that their desired results and objective are achieved in a timely manner.

  • Implement and maintain efficient fulfillment processes and procedures that meets the organization’s expectation

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on fulfillment activities.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of fulfillment strategies.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.


Job Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication / Marketing or any related courses.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Client fulfillment or a similar role.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
