We are an Asset and Financial Management company with Head Office in Enugu urgently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Fulfillment Officer.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire service fulfillment process, ensuring that customer request is processed accurately and delivered on time.
This role requires a high level of organization, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
The Fulfillment Officer will collaborate with various departments, including client relation management, Advisory, and other operations department, to ensure a seamless and efficient operation.
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Advisory team to address clients’ needs and concerns.
Executes the mandates of the clients and ensure that their desired results and objective are achieved in a timely manner.
Implement and maintain efficient fulfillment processes and procedures that meets the organization’s expectation
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Prepare and present regular reports on fulfillment activities.
Assist in the development and implementation of fulfillment strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication / Marketing or any related courses.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Client fulfillment or a similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
