Responsibilities

• We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Financeto lead our finance and accounting operations .


• As a key member of the executive team, the ideal candidatewill play a critical role in shaping the company's financial strategy, driving growth, and maximizing shareholder value.


• The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in finance leadership roles, a deep understanding of financial management principles, and a track record of success in driving financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, in alignment with the overall business objectives and growth plans.


• Provide strategic financial leadership and guidance to the executive team,contributing to decision-making processes and long-term planning.


• Lead the finance and accounting functions, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, tax, treasury, and risk management.


• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, regulatory filings, and other financial reports, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.


• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, banks, investors, and financial institutions.


• Actively engage/ oversee Grant &Funding applicationsfor business expansion purposes


• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and controls to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.


• Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.


• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or professional certification orMBA preferred).


• Proven experience in senior finance leadership roles, with a track record of driving financial performance and leading finance functions in dynamic and fast-paced environments.


• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial information to diverse audiences.


• Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.


• Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.


• Proficiency in financial analysis tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
