Responsibilities

HR Strategy:



  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.


Recruitment and Onboarding:



  • Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of new staff, and manage the onboarding process.


Employee Relations:



  • Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations programs, addressing grievances, and resolving conflicts.


Performance Management:



  • Implement performance appraisal systems, providing guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues.


Training and Development:



  • Identify training needs, design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.


Compliance:



  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, staying updated on relevant labor laws and regulations.


HR Policies:



  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and compliance across the organization.


Compensation and Benefits:



  • Manage and administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and equitable offerings.


HR Analytics:



  • Utilize HR software and MS Excel to manage HR data, generate reports, and provide insights for decision-making.


Requirements



  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management or a related field.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Proficient in MS Excel and experienced with HR software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR).

  • Willingness to relocate to Ado-Ekiti.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and manage conflicts.

  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and complex situations.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
