  • The Administrative Manager will provide administrative support services to all expatriate, senior management, and the entire management.


Responsibilities



  • Oversees the inventory of office and stationery supplies and ensures to request order when necessary.

  • Assists in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.

  • Plans and coordinates logistics for events, meetings, and travel arrangements.

  • Assists the MD with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports (must be good with numbers & Microsoft Excel); composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.

  • Inspects and coordinate office building facilities such as convenient, airconditioning and liaise with maintenance department for repairs and servicing.

  • Arranges for police escort for all expatriates and guest travelling out and returning to the country.

  • Manages and monitors the company’s Curriers (DHL & Fedex) Account.

  • Ensures that expatriate has seamless travelling experience.

  • Supports MD’s external commitments including service on external boards, committees and other groups.

  • Prepares Monthly Quota Returns for immigrations.

  • Expatriate management (CERPAC, Temporary Work Permit, etc.).

  • Performs other duties as assigned by MD.


Minimum Educational Qualifications / Certifications / Years of Experience



  • Minimum of B.Sc in Business Administration / Management, or any relevant field.

  • 5 - 10 years of experience as an administrative specialist and/or executive assistant.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a senior role.

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Excel, word, etc.).

  • Proficiency in using various communications platforms and tools.
