Summary:
To acquire and grow Branches, Agent Managers, Agents, Accounts Volume and Transactions volume from time to time in line with KPI
Job Functions:
- Create awareness of Hope PSBank Products and services.
- Identifying and marketing of prospective retail markets/cluster for Agents and account acquisitions.
- Assist in organizing sales/cluster STORMS and other retail sales campaigns.
- Driving Agents/Agents Managers to meet their set target.
- Resolution of customer related issues
- Assist in the managing ongoing marketing and promotional activities.
- Agent recruitment, onboarding and management.
- Manage agent registration, set-up, branding and promotion.
- Liaise as an intermediary between the bank and the agent/agent managers.
- Perform other adhoc duties as assigned by Regional Head.
Educational Requirement
- Minimum of first degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 2-4 years’ post-graduation related experience.
