Overview:


The Sales Manager for the Holidays Department plays a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth within the business-to-business (B2B) vertical of the travel management company, specifically focusing on holiday packages. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, cultivating relationships with B2B clients, and leading a sales team to achieve targets and maximize profitability in the holidays segment.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy and Planning:



  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate the B2B market and expand the

  • company's presence in the holidays segment.

  • Identify target markets, customer segments, and key accounts to prioritize sales efforts and achieve

  • revenue targets.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales tactics and

  • capitalize on emerging opportunities.


Business Development:



  • Prospect and acquire new B2B clients, including travel agencies, corporate clients, tour operators,

  • and other relevant partners.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the travel industry

  • to promote holiday packages and secure partnerships.

  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions to win new business and drive

  • revenue growth.


Account Management:



  • Manage and grow existing B2B client accounts through proactive communication, personalized

  • service, and value-added offerings.
