Overview:
The Sales Manager for the Holidays Department plays a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth within the business-to-business (B2B) vertical of the travel management company, specifically focusing on holiday packages. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate the B2B market and expand the
- company's presence in the holidays segment.
- Identify target markets, customer segments, and key accounts to prioritize sales efforts and achieve
- revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales tactics and
- capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Business Development:
- Prospect and acquire new B2B clients, including travel agencies, corporate clients, tour operators,
- and other relevant partners.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the travel industry
- to promote holiday packages and secure partnerships.
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions to win new business and drive

Account Management:

- Deep understanding of the Nigerian travel market, including trends, competitive landscape, and
