Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will:
- Prepare materials and resources required for each Arts and Crafts activity. (The activities will involve drawing, colouring, craft making,and inculcating STEM activities to boost learners creativity and innovative skills).
- Work as a team with other instructors on innovative and creative craft projects.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere where children feel valued and encouraged to participate.
- Ensure that all activities are conducted in accordance with relevant health and safety guidelines.
- Develop a project plan for arts and crafts exhibition for the club.
- Attend refresher training sessions at the office twice a month to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Participate in virtual training sessions as required, to continuously improve skills and stay updated on best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in education or relevant field.
- Minimum NCE with exceptional experience and supporting qualifications.
Experience (Added Advantage):
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
- Experience as an early years teacher is preferred but not required.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
- You must be patient and energetic with children.
- Playful and able to connect with children on their level.
- Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to develop engaging activities.
- Excellent time management skills (You must be punctual).
- Team player
- Multi-tasking ( You must be reliable, and able to work with limited supervision).
