SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS WILL IDEALLY HAVE TO:



  • Participate in a structured training program designed to provide comprehensive training in payment processing operations, including ACH transfers, wire transfers, bill payments, and other financial transactions.

  • Learn to verify the accuracy and authenticity of payment instructions, including account details, transaction amounts, and beneficiary information, to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and prevent errors or fraudulent activities.

  • Gain knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies related to anti-money laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and fraud prevention measures, and ensure adherence to these standards in all payment processing activities.

  • Assist in managing and processing various types of payments using banking software systems and payment processing platforms, ensuring timely execution and accuracy in transaction processing.

  • Assist in reconciling payment transactions with bank statements, general ledger accounts, and internal records to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance documentation.

  • Provide support to customers regarding payment-related inquiries, transaction status updates, and resolution of payment issues or disputes, delivering prompt and courteous service to enhance the overall customer experience.

  • Maintain detailed records of payment transactions, processing instructions, and compliance documentation, and assist in preparing reports on payment volumes, trends, and exceptions for management review.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes affecting payment processing operations, and actively participate in ongoing training sessions and professional development opportunities.

  • Performing any other duties as it may be assigned by the Account Manager or by the boss.


REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  • Entry-level position; prior experience in banking or financial services is advantageous but not required.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in using computers and software applications.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Analytical mindset, eagerness to learn, and a strong interest in pursuing a career in banking operations.
