Job Overview:

We are seeking a competent and organized Workshop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our workshop. The ideal candidate will monitor repairs, record transactions, and ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the workshop. Additionally, the candidate should be able to communicate effectively in both English and Yoruba to explain repairs to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise all repair activities in the workshop


• Record parts bought, transactions made, and daily activities


• Ensure the workshop and staff maintain a tidy and orderly environment


• Communicate with clients fluently in both English and Yoruba, explaining repairs and services performed on their vehicles


• Maintain records of all workshop activities and transactions


• Assist with client introductions and manage client relations


• Ensure compliance with all safety and operational procedures


• Have a basic understanding of automobiles to effectively manage workshop tasks


• Possess or be able to obtain a valid driver's license

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English and Yoruba


• Basic knowledge of automobiles


• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to maintain a clean and orderly work environment


• Valid driver's license or ability to obtain one


• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

Compensation:

• Monthly pay of 50,000 NGN

Working Hours:

• Monday to Saturday
