Job Summary
- The Business Development Officer will be responsible for driving purchase of Scrap Batteries and to oversee the setup and running of collection centers - Ibadan, Lagos, Abeokuta.
Responsibilities
- Purchase of Scrap Batteries:
- Get daily market prices for sales and purchasing of scrap batteries, crushed and uncrushed plastics.
- Generate new leads.
- Report and provide feedback to management on leads that requires office support to close out.
- Purchase 1000MT scrap batteries per month.
- Monitoring competitors’ purchase activities.
- Provide management BD team with reports on customer needs or interests, potential new products, or services, and competitive activities.
- Maintain and expand vendor base within assigned territory.
- Perform all other functions as assigned on coordination of new business projects.
Qualification & Experience
- B.sc with a minimum of 3 - 5 years working experience in Sales and Business Development

- Prepared to work extended hours if required and to also travel
