Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare correspondence, and handle confidential information for the executive team.
- Trademark Management: Oversee and manage thecompany'strademark portfolio, including registration, renewal, and protection of trademarks.
- Communication: Serveas the primary point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders,ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate executivemeetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flight bookings, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Project Management: Assist with special projects and initiatives to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Office Management: Oversee office operations, including managing supplies, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining office equipment.
- Subsidiary Coordination: Liaise with the management teams of Pacegate Limited, Pacegate Energy & Resources Limited, and Evolve to ensure alignment and support across the organization.
- Corporate Governance: Assist in maintaining corporate records and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Event Planning: Plan and execute corporate events, meetings, and conferences.
Preferred Bonus Experience:
- R & Marketing Support: Experience managing public relations and marketing efforts, including media relations, social media presence, and promotional events.
Qualifications
- Education:Bachelor’sdegree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an executivesecretary or in a similar administrative role, preferably within amultinational corporation.
- Trademark Knowledge: Experience managing trademarks, including registration, renewal, and legal compliance.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion andmaintain confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
