Job Description



Key Responsibilities



  • Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare correspondence, and handle confidential information for the executive team.

  • Trademark Management: Oversee and manage thecompany'strademark portfolio, including registration, renewal, and protection of trademarks.

  • Communication: Serveas the primary point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders,ensuring effective communication and follow-up.

  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate executivemeetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flight bookings, accommodations, and itineraries.

  • Project Management: Assist with special projects and initiatives to ensure timely and successful completion.

  • Office Management: Oversee office operations, including managing supplies, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining office equipment.

  • Subsidiary Coordination: Liaise with the management teams of Pacegate Limited, Pacegate Energy & Resources Limited, and Evolve to ensure alignment and support across the organization.

  • Corporate Governance: Assist in maintaining corporate records and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Event Planning: Plan and execute corporate events, meetings, and conferences.


Preferred Bonus Experience:



  • R & Marketing Support: Experience managing public relations and marketing efforts, including media relations, social media presence, and promotional events.


Qualifications



  • Education:Bachelor’sdegree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an executivesecretary or in a similar administrative role, preferably within amultinational corporation.

  • Trademark Knowledge: Experience managing trademarks, including registration, renewal, and legal compliance.


Skills:



  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion andmaintain confidentiality.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
