Job Summary

• As a Fashion Associate at our fashion brand based in Lagos, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.


• You will work closely with various teams within the organization to uphold our commitment to delivering superior products to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Quality Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process production and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.


• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of quality assessments, including inspection reports, test results, and any deviations from standards. Keep accurate records of quality control procedures and outcomes.


• Problem Identification: Identify and address any quality issues or discrepancies promptly and effectively. Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve quality-related concerns and implement corrective actions as needed.


• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve quality control processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Proactively identify opportunities for optimization and implement relevant solutions.


• Communication: Communicate quality expectations and requirements clearly to internal team, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Foster a culture of quality consciousness and accountability throughout the organization.


• Design support: Createvisual communications and designs to convey messages, express ideas, and capture attention.

Requirements

• Flare for Fashion: Passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail. Demonstrated interest in trends, styles, and quality craftsmanship within the fashion industry.


• Graphic Design Skills: Familiarity with industry-standard design tools like Adobe Creative Suite andunderstand how to apply fundamental design principles like contrast, hierarchy, and white space effectively.


• Basic Computer Skills and Strong Phone Skills: Comfortable using basic computer applications such as word processing and spreadsheet.


• Solid Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.


• Organized: Strong organizational Skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy are essential.


• Gender and Location: A female who resides at Ikoyi and it's environmentsis prefered for gender balance.
