Requirement

• The ideal candidate must have experience in Cornflakes, cereals and snacks production


• The ideal candidate must posses at minimum a BSc / HND in Food Science or any other scinces

The Job responsibilities are:

• Ensure line efficiency is optimised by scheduling and ahering to maintenance schedules as well as cordination with team to ensure downtime is minimised


• Responsible for supervising manufacturing and packaging activities and meeting production targets whilst ensuring quality requirements are maintained as well as safety standards


• Interface with regulatory bodies as required during inspection


• Ensure that conflicts among team workers are resolved


• Enforce compliance among the team as well as proper documentation


• Reporting of KPIs, production output etc daily


• Obtaining any materials and equipment required.


• Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.


• Diagnosing problems in the production line, performing root cause analysis and providing recommendations and training
