Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Waitron to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the overall efficiency of the dining area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner.


• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials.


• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system promptly.


• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.


• Ensure tables are clean and properly set up before guests are seated.


• Monitor guests' dining experience and respond promptly to their needs and requests.


• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and seek assistance from management when necessary.


• Process payments and issue receipts accurately.


• Assist in the preparation and cleaning of the dining area, including resetting tables for the next service.


• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other waitrons to ensure smooth service.


• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and kitchen procedures.


• Follow all health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.


• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.


• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.


• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.


• A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.


• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.
