Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.


• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing teams.


• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.


• Establish and achieve sales targets and expand customer base.


• Manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.


• Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.


• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing and sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MSc or MBA preferred).


• Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing role.


• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.


• Proficiency in using CRM software and marketing tools.
