Job Description
Department:
Key Accountabilities:
- Support collation of training plans across the Group, sourcing of Vendors and implementation of training plans.
- Manage the Performance Management Process by ensuring the objectives and appraisals are completed on the system in alignment with global timelines.
- Support the recruitment and management of training vendors, review training contents, and ensure training logistics are made available as required.
- Liaises with ITF in the registration of trainings, documentation, and application for reimbursements. Minimum reimbursement of 90% training contribution yearly
- Post-training evaluation, preparation of training reports and submission to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage the selection, placement and engagement of interns. Assess their development and evaluate their progress with supervisors.
- Collation & maintenance of training data/history
- Training facility management including sourcing, maintenance, and other related administrative responsibilities.
- Administration of training programmes (physical, virtual and online via LMS)
Internal & External Relationships:
- Works closely with L & D team, HR Team and Line Managers
- Manages training vendors
- Liaises with ITF
Qualifications:
- First degree in Social Sciences or Economics would be preferred
- Professional HR Membership
Experience
- Minimum 1 – 2 years’ work experience in a similar role with a large organization.
- Excellent and demonstrable negotiation, organization skills and strong abilities to manage tasks.
- Excellent Microsoft Suite Skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power-point.
- Excellent LMS, Data Management and Analytical skills.
