Responsibilities:

• Property Sourcing: Find properties for rent, sale, or short lets around Lekki, Ajah, Victoria Island (VI), and Ikoyi.


• Client Interaction: Engage with direct briefs and communicate effectively with property mandates.


• Market Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Lagos real estate market, especially within the specified areas.


• Property Listings: Use your smartphone with a good camera to take quality photos and videos of properties.


• Networking: Build and maintain a network of property owners, mandates, and potential clients.

Requirements:

• Must reside within Lekki.


• Must have a smartphone with a good camera.


• Must be familiar with Lagos and able to navigate efficiently around Lekki, Ajah, VI, and Ikoyi.


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Previous experience in real estate is an advantage but not mandatory.
