Job Overview



  • We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Officer to drive sales and revenue growth.The ideal candidate will have a background in feed mill operations and a strong understanding of the feed millmarket.

  • This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

  • The Field Sales Officer will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, promoting our products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives in the assigned territory.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including mill operators, distributors, and retailers.

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential customers through market research and networking.

  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, supply chain, and product development, to address customer needs and market demands.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.

  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management to track performance and progress against targets.

  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments, regulations, and best practices related to mill operations and sales.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field preferred.

  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the [insert industry] sector, with a focus on mill operations.
