We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Officer to drive sales and revenue growth.The ideal candidate will have a background in feed mill operations and a strong understanding of the feed millmarket.
This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
The Field Sales Officer will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, promoting our products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives in the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including mill operators, distributors, and retailers.
Identify new business opportunities and potential customers through market research and networking.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, supply chain, and product development, to address customer needs and market demands.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management to track performance and progress against targets.
Participate in trade shows, industry events, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Stay up-to-date on industry developments, regulations, and best practices related to mill operations and sales.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the [insert industry] sector, with a focus on mill operations.
Strong knowledge of milling processes, equipment, and technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
