Responsibilities
- Manage large amount of incoming phone calls
- Identify and access customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Receive and verify items delivered by carriers/vendors
- Good teamwork skills.
Requirements / Qualifications
- HND, B.Sc in any relevant field
- 1+ years relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Age Range: 24 - 27 years.
