Job Summary

• We are seeking a Sales/Marketing officer to join our team at Pella homes and properties. For this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products and services, ensuring productivity, identifying potential clients, generating leads, engaging with prospects, negotiating and closing deals, and contributing to the company's overall success

Job Qualifications

• Proven experience in outdoor marketing or similar roles, preferably in a related industry.


• Proven track record in sales or customer service.


• Ability to close sales.


• Applicant must reside around Lekki, Lagos Island, Mushin or Ikorodu environs.


• Minimum of OND in any field


• Knowledge of the real estate market is a plus.


• Salary plus commission.
