Seeking an experienced Team Lead for our Litigation Department to manage and mentor legal teams, oversee case strategy and execution, ensure compliance with legal standards, and represent clients in complex litigation. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and litigation expertise required.


Responsibilities



  • Work independently with little or no supervision

  • Draft and implement instructions with accuracy

  • Develop an effective and efficient working style for the team to encourage team approach as well as independent matter management

  • Supervision and management of matters handled by the team and preparation of regular reports to the Head of Department

  • Conduct of Team meetings

  • Managing Clients’ demands and requests

  • Identify training opportunities for the team

  • Facilitating training, seminars and other scheduled events

  • Identification of matters requiring escalation and escalation of same to the Head of Department

  • Conduct of any other assigned supervisory role

  • Creating compliance document for the team and ensuring its application upon approval of same

QUALIFICATIONS



  • Minimum of 4-8 years of relevant experience

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast paced environment
