Job Description



  • Managing and directing online sales efforts to meet sales and profit goals.

  • Designing and recommending online sales programs and set short and long-term online sales strategies.

  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures a strong online presence

  • Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

  • Work independently and take the lead, even when all of the pieces are not in place.

  • Monitor all online orders via social media platforms, email, and website

  • Properly process all online orders via social media platforms and websites and send them to the corresponding personnel.

  • Manage the front end of the Givanas Cosmetics website and manage sales.

  • Intermittently check all Givanas Cosmetics' social media handles to respond to customers promptly.

  • Liaise with customers to follow up on resolution of complaints or clarification of orders made.

  • Document customer complaints, resolution, and root causes if possible.

  • Stay abreast of all Givanas Cosmetics posts on all social media platforms at the time.

  • Promptly respond to customers’ comments, direct messages, inquiries, email, and complaints in an appropriate manner.

  • Utilize the online sales channel to advance the company’s sales agenda.

  • Responsible for the smooth running of the online retail store of Givanas Cosmetics.

  • Prepare a report on the effectiveness of marketing communications across all channels.


Requirements



  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc. or HND certificate in a relevant field

  • 3-5 years experience as an Online Sales Personnel in the cosmetics industry

  • Proven experience as an Online Sales Officer or similar role

  • Experience with B2C sales on social media and website

  • Working knowledge of customer service principles & practices

  • Possess excellent telephone etiquette.

  • Ability to always remain professional and courteous with customers.

  • Computer literacy is highly required.

  • Practical knowledge of analytics tools and the ability to set up tracking/reporting mechanisms to capture key business metrics

  • Successful previous experience as an online sales representative or online sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

  • Highly professional and customer‐service oriented

  • Must be conversant with what’s happening in the industry.

  • Specialist in Microsoft Excel and SAP.

  • Age: 30-35

  • Candidate must live close to the desired work location: Apapa, Festac, and Mile 2 Axis..
