Responsibilities



  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and generate sales leads.

  • Understand client needs, preferences, and expectations to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.

  • Present product and service offerings to clients in a clear, engaging, and professional manner.

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the printing industry, including its products, technologies, and trends, to effectively position our offerings in the market.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as customer service, production, and marketing, to ensure seamless client experiences and timely delivery of products and services.

  • Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts and reports to management regularly.

  • Continuously explore new business opportunities and market trends to expand our client base and product offerings.

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and stay informed about the latest developments in the printing industry.

  • Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the printing industry.

  • Strong understanding of printing technologies, processes, and products.

  • Must be working in a publishing or printing company and proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.

  • Strong presentation and problem-solving skills.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.
