Description



  • Ensure all costs relating to vehicle refurbishment are documented correctly to aid in repricing of vehicle

  • Document Assessment records for all churned vehicles Responsible for the management of all churned vehicles

  • Assess all vehicles and determine the refurbishment requirements

  • Analyze the cost for refurbishment for action by the Vehicle Maintenance Manager

  • Ensure timely recertification of all churned vehicles to meet SOP requirements

  • Supervise check-out process of re-certified vehicles

  • Create fill and manage job cards for churned vehicles marked for refurbishment

  • Document all refurbished vehicles on VAMS and ensure that adequate data is provided for pricing and reactivation


Requirements



  • Strong interpersonal and communication(written and oral) skills

  • Excellent understanding of Inventory Control principles and practices

  • Proficient in MS Office/Google WorkspaceGood understanding of fleet management

  • Critical and Analytical thinking

  •  Accuracy and Attention to detail

  • Confidentiality and Thoroughness

  • Minimum of OND in any Engineering discipline.

  • Mechanical Engineering is preferred

  • 2 Years cognate experience as a vehicle technician or 2 years experience in fleet management
