Job Description

• Our Client in the hospitality industry is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team.


• You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner


• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently


• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items


• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately


• Anticipate guest needs and fulfill requests to ensure guest satisfaction


• Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas


• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess HND / Bachelor's Degrees in any related field with 1 - 2 years relevant work experience.


• Previous experience as a waitress or in a similar role preferred


• Excellent customer service skills


• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities


• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment


• Attention to detail and accuracy


• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
