  • Our client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Executive to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the oil and gas industry, excel in building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients to expand our market presence, and demonstrate proficiency in identifying new business opportunities to drive growth.


Job Responsibilities



  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the oil and gas sector.

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions that align with our services.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with the operations and project management teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.

  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company and cultivate new business relationships.


Skills / Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or additional certifications in a relevant field is a plus.

  • 1 - 5 years relevant work experience.

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the oil and gas industry.

  • Strong understanding of the oil and gas market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients and stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strategic thinker with analytical skills and the ability to solve problems creatively.

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
