Job Description
How this role has a social impact
- As the scale and complexity of our programs grows rapidly, from 4 local government areas served today, to state-wide and beyond, the positive impact upon the lives of 100s-of-thousands of children will simply not be possible without a strong Program Manager.
- Substantially increasing scale and cost-effectiveness requires that programs are conceived and executed with excellence. The Program Manager provides leadership and insights, collaborating with trusted NGO and Healthcare System partners, to deliver upon this challenging goal.
Role responsibilities
As a small and agile organisation, the role will vary over time, but typical responsibilities will include:
- Building and owning detailed program plans, engaging the responsible people and stakeholders for each aspect. Reporting status and planning mitigations for top risk factors.
- Managing partnerships, aligning partner needs and constraints with implementation plans, ensuring effective collaboration.
- Orchestrating M&E activities during key operational phases, observing and problem-solving during implementation, always with a view to serving communities more effectively.
- Representing Clear Solutions in stakeholder discussions up to senior levels.
- Playing a major role in organisational decision making, building on program and domain insights, striving to maximise Clear Solutions impact and cost-effectiveness.
