As a Lounge Manager, you will play a significant role in providing our guests with an unforgettable experience at our venue. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing the bar and lounge operations, driving sales and profitability, training and leading the team, and ensuring a high-grade customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability


• Manage and supervise the lounge staff to ensure a seamless service experience


• Conduct training and development with staff, promoting salesmanship and customer service skills


• Taking inventory od day-to-day Sales 


• Maintain friendly relationship with cutomers and clients


• Ensure adherence to health and safety laws and regulations


• Deliver superior guest services, ensuring excellent customer experiences


• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food service

    Job Requirements:

• Proven experience of 3-4 years as a Lounge Manager or similar role in hospitality


• Excellent knowledge of various bar products, spirits, and mixed drinks 


• Proficient in MS Office and restaurant management software


• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills


• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers


• Qualifications in Hospitality Management or related field
