Requirements/Qualifications
- Minimum 3-4 years core experience in Telemarketing, Customer Service or similar role
- Minimum 1 year experience for interns
- Experience in a BPO or Call/Contact Centre is desirous
- Minimum Bsc in Mass Communications, Marketing or similar field
- Sound communication skills and spoken English
- Ability to engage clients with call scripts
- Proximity to Lekki Phase 1
